Frequently asked questions

Practical answers about getting connected, choosing a route, paying for your subscription and understanding privacy.

Getting started and devices

What is P2VPN?

P2VPN is a VPN subscription service. You receive a personal subscription link and use a compatible third-party client to connect your device to the available VPN servers.

How do I start?

Open the P2VPN Telegram bot to start a 48-hour trial or buy a subscription. Install a compatible client, add your personal subscription link and choose a server.

Can I use P2VPN on iPhone or iPad?

Yes. Use a compatible third-party client such as Happ or INCY, import your subscription and approve the iOS or iPadOS VPN configuration request.

Can I use P2VPN on Android?

Yes. Happ and INCY are compatible options for Android. Import the subscription, approve the system VPN prompt and check any per-app routing exclusions.

Can I use P2VPN on Windows?

Yes. Install a compatible desktop client such as Happ and import your subscription. Check whether system proxy or TUN mode is appropriate for the applications you use.

Can I use P2VPN on a Mac?

Yes. Use a compatible macOS client, import your personal link and approve the connection configuration requested by the system. Follow the instructions for your installed client build.

How many devices can I connect?

One subscription covers three devices, such as your phone, tablet and computer. The plan includes 500 GB per month; unused data carries into the next month when you renew.

Payments and subscriptions

How can I pay?

P2VPN accepts Bitcoin, Litecoin, TRX, SOL, USDT and USDC. Choose an option in the bot and match both its currency and network instructions. P2VPN adds no processing fee; network, wallet or exchange transaction fees may apply.

How do I renew my subscription?

Choose a subscription period in the P2VPN bot and pay for the renewal. Keep using the existing subscription link in your client; you do not need to add a new one.

What should I do if my subscription has expired?

Check its status in the bot and follow the renewal instructions. Refreshing the client’s server list only updates configuration; it does not extend the subscription period. After renewal, refresh the configuration and reconnect.

I paid, but access is missing. Should I pay again?

Do not send another payment. Wait for the payment’s network confirmation, then contact support if access is still missing. Include the transaction ID (TXID) so the payment can be investigated.

Servers and connection problems

Which VPN locations are available?

P2VPN operates across multiple countries and keeps adding locations. Each location has multiple servers with distinct IP addresses. Check your client for the current country list; the relay automatically switches to an available alternative when a route is blocked, and the technical team monitors the network 24/7.

Why is my VPN connection slow?

Compare your ordinary internet connection, then try another server or connection method. Network conditions, congestion and route differences can affect speed. Contact support if the problem persists.

Why does Wi-Fi work differently from mobile data?

They use different networks and routes, with different signal conditions or restrictions. Test each separately and try another available method instead of expecting identical performance.

How do I change servers?

The relay automatically switches around blocked routes. If you want to choose a different country or connection method yourself, open your P2VPN subscription in the client, disconnect if needed, select another option and reconnect.

What if my subscription link will not open?

Find the complete link under “My subscription” in the bot. If the main subscription page is unavailable, use the supplied backup link. If only the add-to-app action fails, import manually in the client. Keep the link private.

Why does the VPN say connected when the internet does not work?

A connected indicator does not guarantee that a particular destination can be reached. Check ordinary internet, refresh your subscription and try another route. Check client routing or per-app exclusions if only certain applications fail.

How do I update the server list?

Use the subscription refresh or update action in your client while internet access is available. This fetches current connection settings; it is different from paying for a subscription renewal.

Privacy, protection and help

What information does P2VPN use?

P2VPN does not monitor or record the websites you visit through the VPN. We store the user, subscription, Telegram and payment information needed to provide the service. Technical and web server logs support operation and troubleshooting. Website cookies support language preferences and visit analytics; these are separate from VPN browsing activity.

Does a VPN make me anonymous?

No. Signed-in accounts, cookies, browser fingerprinting and information you share can still identify you. A VPN changes the route of included traffic; it does not erase your identity or activity from every service.

Does P2VPN protect DNS requests?

DNS handling depends on the client, imported settings and routing mode. The published information does not establish a universal DNS-leak guarantee. Check your configuration and ask support if you need help understanding it.

Can I use P2VPN on public Wi-Fi?

You can use it where the network permits a working VPN connection. Traffic inside an encrypted connection is protected between the client and VPN server. Continue to use HTTPS and avoid entering information into suspicious websites.

Can websites still track me while I use a VPN?

Yes. Cookies, browser fingerprinting and accounts you sign into can still link your visits. Changing your connection’s exit address does not stop these forms of tracking.

Are Happ and INCY P2VPN apps?

No. They are third-party clients maintained by their own developers. P2VPN supplies the subscription and server settings you import into a compatible client.

How do I check the connection or contact support?

Check the client’s connected status, open a website and test the apps you intend to use. If you need help, email support@p2vpn.com with your device, client version and redacted error details. Keep personal subscription links out of screenshots and public messages.
