P2VPNApps & setup
P2VPN for Android
Use your P2VPN subscription on an Android phone or tablet with Happ or INCY. The client is a separate third-party application that imports your connection settings.
What you need
- An Android device supported by the current client version.
- Working Wi-Fi or mobile data and an active P2VPN trial or paid subscription.
- Your personal subscription link from the P2VPN bot.
Install a compatible VPN client
Select Android on your personal subscription page and follow its client link. Happ and INCY are compatible options. Use the developer’s official website to reach its current store listing.
If using a direct Android installer, obtain it only from the developer’s linked download page. Open the installed app before importing your subscription.
Copy your P2VPN subscription link
Find “My subscription” in the bot and open your personal page. Copy the complete subscription link if you will add it manually. Keep the link private when switching between Telegram, the browser and the client.
If the main subscription page is unavailable, use the backup link provided with your subscription.
Import the subscription
Try the add-to-app option
Return to your subscription page, select the installed client and confirm opening it.
Import manually if the app does not open
Use clipboard subscription import in Happ, or the URL import option in INCY. Paste the entire personal link and confirm the import.
Select a server
Wait for the imported server list, then choose a P2VPN server. Menu names may differ between app versions.
Enable VPN
Start the connection in the client and approve Android’s VPN connection request. Wait for the app to report that the connection is active.
If the client offers per-app routing, check whether the apps you need are included or excluded. An excluded app can use your ordinary connection even while the VPN is active.
Check the connection
Check the client’s connected status, open a website and test the apps you intend to use. If only one app fails, check its routing settings before changing the whole subscription.
Wi-Fi and mobile data may use different routes. Test each separately if your issue appears only after changing networks.
Troubleshooting on Android
VPN connects, but websites do not open
Check internet access with the VPN disconnected. Then refresh the subscription and try another server or method. Review per-app exclusions if only certain apps are affected.
Mobile data is slower than Wi-Fi
Compare ordinary connectivity on both networks and try another route in the client. Network restrictions, signal quality and congestion can produce different results.
The subscription does not update
Check the subscription status in the bot, ordinary internet access and the full link. Use the supplied backup link if the subscription page is unavailable. Updating configuration does not extend a subscription’s expiry.
The VPN tunnel does not start
Confirm the Android VPN prompt was accepted and disconnect any other active VPN. Restart the client and retry. If the error remains, contact support with the Android version, client version and redacted error text.
