Privacy Policy
P2VPN does not monitor or record the websites you visit through the VPN. We process the information needed to provide subscriptions, reconcile payments, operate the service and help customers. Website cookies and analytics are separate from VPN browsing activity.
Your browsing history stays private
We do not track which websites you visit through P2VPN and do not keep records of those visits. We do not maintain a browsing history associated with your subscription.
This is separate from the account, subscription, payment, support and operational information described below. Analytics on the P2VPN website measures visits to our own website, not the sites you access through the VPN.
Account and subscription information
The P2VPN bot stores the user and subscription information needed to provide the service. Your plan, subscription status, expiry date and total data usage are available in the bot. The service’s subscription management system manages VPN users and their subscriptions.
Your personal subscription link gives access to your subscription. Keep it private and leave it out of public messages, screenshots and online troubleshooting tools.
Telegram identifiers
The bot uses your Telegram ID and username to associate your account with your P2VPN subscription. Telegram is also used for customer support and has its own privacy practices.
Payment information
You select a cryptocurrency and network for an invoice. P2VPN handles payment through its own payment system and stores payment and transaction records needed to reconcile payments with subscriptions. If a payment needs investigation, support may ask for its transaction ID (TXID).
Cryptocurrency payments take place on public blockchains. Paying in cryptocurrency does not by itself make a transaction anonymous.
Website analytics and browser storage
P2VPN uses Google Analytics to measure visits to its eligible public language homepages. Google Analytics may store analytics cookies in your browser. The current website code limits this integration to the canonical public HTTPS homepages and disables Google Signals and advertising personalization signals in its configuration.
The website stores your language choice in a first-party cookie named p2vpn-language, configured to last for one year. The homepage also uses browser session storage for its introduction readiness state.
When you close the cookie notice, a first-party cookie named p2vpn-cookie-notice remembers that acknowledgement for one year. It stores the notice version, not a personal identifier. Closing the notice is an acknowledgement, not an analytics preference setting.
Third-party VPN clients
Happ, INCY and other compatible clients are separate applications maintained by their developers. They import your subscription to obtain the connection settings and server list.
Review your chosen client’s own privacy information and settings. A client’s available features do not by themselves establish which device information P2VPN receives or retains.
VPN, server and technical logs
P2VPN uses operational server logs and technical container and application logs to run the service, diagnose faults and investigate technical issues. These operational records are separate from the account and payment records described above.
These technical records do not include a history of the websites you visit through the VPN.
Web server access and error logs
The website uses web server access and error logs for operation and troubleshooting. These server records are separate from Google Analytics and from the VPN client’s connection status.
Support communications
P2VPN provides support through Telegram. When you ask for help, the conversation includes your messages and any details you choose to provide, such as your device, client version, error text or payment reference.
Send only what is needed to explain the issue and remove personal subscription links from screenshots. Telegram processes communications under its own privacy practices.
Retention
We retain this information only for as long as necessary to operate the service, resolve technical issues, prevent abuse, and maintain payment and subscription records.
The one-year language and notice-acknowledgement cookie settings apply only to those browser preferences; they do not set a retention period for all service records.
