P2VPNApps & setup
P2VPN for iPhone and iPad
Connect your iPhone or iPad using your P2VPN subscription and a compatible client such as Happ or INCY. Both are third-party apps; P2VPN supplies the subscription.
What you need
- An iPhone or iPad supported by the client’s current App Store version.
- Working Wi-Fi or mobile data and an active P2VPN trial or paid subscription.
- Your personal subscription link from the P2VPN bot.
Install a compatible VPN client
Open your subscription page and select iOS. Follow its client link, or open the official Happ or INCY website and choose the App Store download. Check the supported iOS or iPadOS version before installing.
Open the installed client once before returning to your subscription page. You do not need to buy a separate P2VPN app.
Copy your P2VPN subscription link
Open “My subscription” in the P2VPN bot, then your personal subscription page. Use its copy option if you will import manually. Copy the complete link without adding spaces or removing characters.
Use the backup subscription link provided by P2VPN if the main page cannot be reached. Do not replace the address with an unrelated client download link.
Import the subscription
Open the client from your subscription page
Select the add-to-app option and allow the browser to open your installed client.
Use manual import if needed
In Happ, add the subscription from the clipboard. In INCY, choose the URL import option and paste your personal link. Menu labels may vary by version.
Check the imported list
Wait for the server list to load. Select a server from your P2VPN subscription.
Enable VPN
Turn on the connection in the client. When iOS or iPadOS asks to add a VPN configuration, allow the request and complete any device authentication prompt.
Use the client to choose servers and reconnect. Desktop instructions for system proxy or TUN mode do not directly apply to the iOS interface.
Check the connection
Confirm that the client shows a connected status, then open a website in Safari. Check another app you intend to use as well. A connected indicator alone does not verify every app’s routing or DNS behavior.
If pages do not load, work through the checks below. For the limits of VPN protection, see the security page.
Troubleshooting on iPhone and iPad
VPN connects, but websites do not open
Disconnect briefly to check ordinary internet access. Reconnect, refresh your subscription configuration and try another server or connection method. If you changed routing or DNS settings, ask support to help check them.
The connection is slow on mobile data
Compare with Wi-Fi if available, then try another server or method. Signal quality and the mobile network’s route can affect performance. Avoid assuming the same server will perform equally on both networks.
The subscription does not update
Check the subscription status in the bot and confirm ordinary internet access. Refresh the subscription in the client; if its page is unavailable, try your supplied backup link. Refreshing the server list does not renew an expired subscription.
The VPN configuration or tunnel will not start
Check that you approved the iOS VPN request. Disconnect any other active VPN, reopen the client and retry. If the problem continues, send support your iOS version, client version and the error message, with the subscription link removed.
